A Short Introduction

Why women's health, and what matters to me

From Your Physician

In her words

I start with your story. Your first visit with me is a full hour, so we have time to talk about what has been happening and what you want your life to feel like.

Midlife changes a lot at once: sleep, mood, weight, energy, your cycle, your focus. Too many women are told it's stress or just part of getting older. I want to look at the whole picture so the pieces start to make sense together.

Family medicine trained me to look at the whole person. Your plan might include hormone therapy, medication, nutrition, strength, sleep support, or a mix. I'll explain the options and the tradeoffs in plain language, and you decide what fits your life.

You should feel heard here, and you should leave every visit knowing what happens next.

Her Patients

Who she helps

I see women in midlife who want a physician with the time to figure out what is going on. You might be here because:

  • Your periods have changed and no one has explained why.
  • Hot flashes, night sweats, or poor sleep are wearing you down.
  • Your brain feels foggy and your mood isn't what it used to be.
  • Your weight has shifted and what worked before doesn't work now.
  • You've been told your labs are normal, but you know something is off.
  • You're considering hormone therapy and want honest answers about benefits and risks.
  • You're past menopause and want to protect your bones, heart, muscle, and independence for the years ahead.
