Meet Your Physician

Midlife care from a physician who listen first.

SAPIA Medical is led by a board-certified family physician who believes women deserve careful, evidence based care through perimenopause, menopause, and the years after.

Care That Listens First

Care that starts with listening.

Midlife health rarely fits into a rushed appointment about one symptom. Your first visit with a SAPIA physician is a full hour, and we use it to understand the whole picture: what's changed, your health history, what worries you, and what feeling like yourself again would mean.

Hormone therapy and menopause care are part of what we do. So are metabolic health, weight, nutrition, sleep, and healthy aging. Your plan is built around your goals, and the physician who writes it is the one who keeps caring for you after that first visit.

One Philosophy of Care. Physician and Patient in Partnership.

Listen First

Your concerns deserve time, context, and a real conversation. Every visit starts there.

Evidence Matters

Recommendations follow current medical evidence and fit your own health history, risks, and preferences.

The Whole Picture

Hormones, sleep, weight, metabolic health, nutrition, and mood affect one another. We treat them that way.

Our Story

Why SAPIA exists

We kept hearing versions of the same story. A woman in her forties or fifties notices that something is off. Her sleep changes. Her weight shifts even though nothing else has. Her patience runs thin, and her energy isn't what it was. She brings it up at a short appointment and hears that it's normal, or that her labs look fine.

Common isn't the same as nothing. As family physicians, we saw how many women were left to sort out midlife on their own. We wanted to build something different: a practice with time to listen, the training to connect the dots, and a relationship that lasts longer than one visit.

That's SAPIA Medical.
