Hormone therapy, metabolic adjustments, and weight management require titration and observation. Most women require at least one to two dose refinements during the first 3 to 6 months to reach hormonal stability and optimal symptom relief. A one month trial is not clinically long enough to measure true success; 6 months allows your physician to safely fine tune your treatment.
Your ongoing membership covers continuous physician led care with the same doctor who knows your history. It includes regular follow-up visits, routine lab reviews, custom treatment adjustments, secure messaging with your care team between appointments, and access to educational healthy aging and nutrition guidance.
By joining as one of the first 100 founding members, a patient receives a $299 initial consultation and a Year 1 annual rate of $2,995. Beginning in Month 13, ongoing membership is locked at $299 per month, subject to the membership terms.
