Your first visit lasts 60 minutes. We talk through your symptoms, periods, health history, medications, sleep, nutrition, and goals. If your physician orders labs, a 20-minute visit to go over the results is included. After that, follow-up visits are 20 minutes, about once a month or as often as you need.
We order labs when the results will change your care, not as a routine panel for everyone. When your physician orders them, the order goes to a lab draw site near you in Washington. Labs are billed separately from your membership.
If a prescription makes sense, your physician sends it to the pharmacy you choose. We prescribe FDA-approved products. We don't use compounded hormones or compounded weight-loss medications.

Some parts of midlife care have to happen in person, such as mammograms, bone density scans (DEXA), and pelvic exams. When that's the case, your physician will tell you what you need and help you get it done with a provider near you. With your permission, we can coordinate with your primary care clinician so the results are part of your plan.
